BEST SERVICE ON THE PLANTE!

I bought a used car and had VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE! One of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I was served by Mr. RS. He always went the extra mile.

Very good and detailed advice, although there were more and more questions on my part.
The purchased car was thoroughly cleaned again before the handover and the tires were changed from summer to winter.
My consultant even came to work on his day off because of the handover.

Very satisfied with the performance and offer of the company Pongruber. All contact persons are very friendly and extremely concerned about me as a person and, of course, as a customer. That's how I imagine a master company. You notice the family-like management and the pleasant atmosphere among the employees. For me absolutely coherent and the best workshop I have ever visited in my "car life" and of course will continue to visit!
