Nicole was very friendly and humorous from the first phone call to the last session, as well as extremely patient in finding the cause of my problems.
Before I went to Nicole, I had been struggling with severe panic attacks, which caused me enormous stress in my everyday life and quickly made me despair.
Now, since the last session, I feel stress-free and have a renewed zest for life.
At first I was skeptical whether this form of therapy could help me, but now I am really glad to have undergone this therapy and I am extremely grateful to Nicole for her professional work.

Nicole has a very competent and extensive knowledge.
I felt very comfortable right from the start, Nicole took my worries and fears seriously at all times and helped me to deal with them better.
What I find particularly great and absolutely not to be taken for granted are the many different treatment/therapy options that Nicole offers.
With regard to my chronic illness, Nicole has given me many new ways of thinking about how to deal with it better and has even found a treatment option that alleviates my symptoms - I'm excited to see what else we can achieve here.

Nicole is a professional, humorous, open, flexible and always solution-oriented coach. From the very first session, she created a trusting, calm and relaxed atmosphere in which I could let go, open up and where I always felt seen and heard.
Our work together started with a detailed anamnesis, which was such a great basis for the coaching, as Nicole had dealt intensively with the answers I had previously submitted in writing and we were able to delve deep into some of the issues I had come with through her targeted questions. She was able to assess me so well afterwards, which really enriched the coaching! She hit the nail on the head with so many sentences that have accompanied me in my everyday life ever since.
With a wide range of "forms of therapy", Nicole always had the right approach for my different issues and challenges and explained everything to me in a precise and understandable way.
With hypnosis, for example, I experienced a level of relaxation that I had never known before and have been practicing putting myself into this state of relaxation ever since.
All in all, Nicole is a coach that I can recommend wholeheartedly and without reservation!

After a very detailed and good initial conversation on the phone, it quickly became clear to me that I would make an appointment with Ms. Etten, and I have not regretted it. She managed to build up a relationship of trust in a very short space of time and helped me to address issues that I hadn't spoken to anyone about before. It wasn't easy for me, sometimes it hurt and it was also exhausting, but it was worth it and helped me move forward. The fact that, in addition to my personal situation, there were also solutions for my professional life is an extra bonus. What I have achieved with the help of Nicole within a good half year is still quite incomprehensible to me.
On the best way to a burnout, completely without strength and motivation, desperate and at the end of my rope, I started the first therapy of my life with her.
Together we found behavioral patterns, connections and beliefs that were deeply anchored in me and completely controlled my life and were able to dissolve them.
I could say that I am back to my old self, but no: I feel like a completely new person.
I was able to shed the old, ingrained patterns that I had used to get in my own way for years, much of it without even knowing it.
It is hard work and requires first and foremost to get involved, but Nicole was the absolutely perfect partner for me to take the necessary steps, she set the right impulses, has an incredibly good sense of whether and where something is still stuck and is the one who puts her finger in the wounds in a sensitive and exactly right dosage.
Her uncomplicated and open manner completely picked me up after the first appointment and I was able to get involved in the actual work very quickly and let everything out with her. This is also something I would never have thought possible.
I am infinitely grateful to Nicole for having accompanied me on this path.

After the treatment I could notice a significant improvement in my 13-year-old son's school performance! He seems much more liberated and it is a great pleasure to see him now 😀 Although he was very skeptical, he also confirms to me that it makes him feel better! When I first called Nicole, I had a heavy, packed backpack, I was very desperate, I was very bad and I just functioned, no joy of life no fun, everything was too much for me, I felt like I was in a hamster wheel, my happiness was completely gone. During the first telephone conversation with Nicole, I immediately realized that she would help me, that this was the right way to go, and it was. Nicole first evaluated everything super and thoroughly and she went through everything with me, took a lot of time for me and my problems. I always felt very comfortable with Nicole. She is sensitive, very sweet and incredibly good at what she does. I tried everything possible before but nothing helped until I met Nicole. For months she worked through everything with me very patiently and I am very grateful that I took this step, that I found her. Through her I have learned a lot about myself and until today I do my daily exercises and I will continue to do so because it helps me a lot in daily life. Now what can I say. Through the treatment with Nicole I now lead a full, happy, anxiety-free and carefree life, I laugh again am happy and just enjoy my life, my life is now easy, because I have changed positively just so much in my life that is incredible, in private, family and professional. I called Ms. Etten and got the first appointment after only 3 weeks...elsewhere I would have had to wait at least 3 months.
During the conversation it quickly became clear that we "could" work together. After 6 months I was feeling much better. I learned what I can do on my own in stressful situations, that I need to take my time and not put others before myself, but just do something good for myself.

Nicole helps me a lot. I feel a little better every time I have an appointment with her. I always look forward to the upcoming appointment and like to work with Nicole on my fears, worries, panic attacks... in each additional hour. ... Ms. Etten is completely attuned to the concerns of the client. From the beginning I felt comfortable, in good hands and taken seriously. She helped me to act better in difficult situations and to release inner blocks. We worked with different hypnosis techniques. I went into the sessions open and confident and was very surprised by the positive feelings I experienced afterwards. My consciousness has opened up in many aspects and I understand myself much better and have started to work on some more areas of action on myself.

We were with our 9 year old son (VERY plagued with anxiety) with her and already after a few sessions the problem was largely resolved. She works with MindTV (very nicely explained on her homepage). It is a joy to see with how much empathy, empathy and joyful serenity she received us and our child every time. When we picked up our son from the session, we were greeted by a strengthened, confident child who was already looking forward to the next meeting in order to transform the last bit of his burden into something positive.

We got an appointment quite quickly.
The therapist immediately had a good connection with my son, although he is otherwise rather hesitant towards strangers.
Originally, we went to the practice because my son had a lot of test anxiety and I have to say that he was already much more relaxed after the first session. Thanks to Corona, not all papers were returned, but most importantly, he had significantly less stress the day before each upcoming paper. No headaches, no stomach aches, no nausea and so he was able to sleep much better. During the work he felt much more relaxed, he didn't have sweaty hands and he didn't have the feeling of not knowing anything.
I also liked that she took him seriously as an independent personality with his fears and worries.
There were also fears treated, which seemed to me as a mother as not so important, but which had a very high value for him, e.g. his fear of insects "especially flying".
It is a pity that the health insurance companies do not cover the costs for this kind of treatment, but I think the therapy is worth every Euro, because with no medicine in the world you can achieve such a great result in such a short time.
I will definitely recommend the practice, so that others can also experience and benefit from this great treatment method.
