The seminar content is very well prepared in the theoretical knowledge transfer, summarized to the essentials.
All theoretical topics are experienced and learned through targeted exercises through self-reflection and group exercises for the comprehensive recognition in our practical reality and the self-development of good solutions suitable for reality.
The human support provided by the seminar leader is very appreciative and supportive. The group atmosphere with all participants is also very authentic, appreciative and supportive for everyone. For me, every seminar is a valuable holistic support on my development path.

I can only recommend PRD GmbH from the bottom of my heart. Everyone is treated individually, which makes the whole experience even more special.
The atmosphere is unbeatable, you feel more than comfortable and are involved everywhere.

Very valuable teaching of important topics for the management work in a dental practice, everything is underpinned with practical examples for deepening.
You can take something away from all the exercises for yourself and your practice.
The curriculum creates a familiar framework in which one can honestly exchange ideas and learn from each other on an equal footing. We recommend this curriculum to anyone who wants to develop their leadership skills.
