So far I see no reason for complaint, everything is in the green. Communication is limited to the essentials I am informed about all steps. But when I read the reviews here so then that gives me the impression that for the complete processing of individual cases the amount in dispute plays a significant role If this is not appropriately high enough then you let it all run out so and I find that very unserious. I am curious how it will continue with me. I will definitely get in touch again, I hope to be able to report only positive things.

You get the assurance of success, like in the other applications. No call back, you are not supposed to be at the hearing, the promise of success just hot air. ( or cold) we go to appeal, am curious.

The main thing is to optimize the firm's profits. If you really want to be well represented, you should entrust yourself and your matter to another company.

Unfortunately, one is otherwise promised something so that the law firm can settle via insurance. One hangs on hold when calling and is then motivated by a call center to go to the second instance. Consultation with a lawyer is not possible. You are not called before, after or during the court date. One should also not be on site. But you should be reachable on the phone. But nobody calls. At some point an email comes that you have lost, but in the 2nd instance so much more chances are there. I just got the mail again lost, before no more contact, neither by phone, by mail, or otherwise. Whether I would like now before the Federal Supreme Court. Every village lawyer would have shown more commitment. Conclusion :Finger away

We were promised that we would definitely get compensation for the diesel scandal.
The process has dragged on for 2.5 years and we have not received any compensation.
We have been brought before the court. I never expected such a negative experience.

ProRights represented me very successfully in the diesel scandal. VW was ultimately ordered to refund almost the entire purchase price.
The communication was very good, so that I felt well informed at all times. My inquiries were always answered promptly and comprehensively.
Thanks to VW's delaying tactics and the overburdened courts, the legal dispute, including three court hearings, dragged on for almost two years.
My conclusion: Clear recommendation for ProRights

The entire process took over two years. In the meantime, the case law had changed to my disadvantage. I definitely see the cause of the failure in the extremely lengthy processing. Documents were requested several times. Only 1 to max. 2 days were available for decisions. I received the decision of the court only after multiple requests or by the request to legitimize the further procedure. A lot of trouble, costs and disappointment. That was the result. FINGER AWAY!!!!

I would never recommend ProRights to anyone. 1. until today, no terms and conditions were left to me despite multiple requests. 2. the deposit on the amount paid by VW I received only 4 weeks after receipt of payment from VW after various reminders the remaining amount must still be Abgemahnt the payment of VW took place on. 08.03.2022.

2020 I got a letter from the KBA that they want to shut down my Mercedes if I do not immediately install an update, only then I realized that I am also affected by the diesel scandal, before always came nice letters from Mercedes: You have won, you get a voucher... but since Mercedes has closed all branches in the vicinity, a "visit" was out of the question for me. Prorights gave me good prospects of success if I sued. In the meantime, I have not heard much, a court date is to take place, but I do not need to appear.... It will probably take place in the same way as with my predecessors. Now I get mail that I should sign a new legal cost financing application, urgently, within 3 days. But I hadn't signed one yet, I have a legal protection insurance and they haven't heard from Prorights for a long time! And they find it all very strange. With Prorights inquired, one can say to me also nothing at all from chances of success or not, all at once, is that everything very uncertain and one reads from bad judges in the evaluations on sides of the car companies stand. I am curious how that turns out in November and will now also times visit some forums and keep up to date and go to the court hearing. Maybe not such a good idea to sue, at least not for me. For the people who work there it seems to be really great, as you read. Great!

As a Mercedes owner, lost crashingly. It was suggested that I would have claims and good prospects of success based on an inspection. The court stated that this was not the case, because no intent to deceive on the part of Mercedes was recognizable/provable and therefore no intent, which would justify compensation. In addition there were also already some judgements of the BGH. The representative lawyer explained to me with a grin that this was all correct. Conclusion: pure money printing machine for the lawyers, without not at least one star to give, mann that not post.

Processing as if on an assembly line, no or very little personal contact.
The lawyer was sent to the hearing date without any preparation.
Fortunately, I was personally present at the court date!
Professionally, the lawyer (who traveled from Leipzig and took over the case on behalf of ProRights) had no idea at all about the matter at hand and was "wiped out" by the other side (VW) and by the judge himself.
The judge called this lawsuit a "job creation measure for law firms" without any prospect of success!
My personal impression is, Volkswagen laughs and the law firms also laugh... only the legal protection insurances groan!
