Pure Water AG

The water tastes great. Ever since we got the filter, we’ve become the go-to source of water for our children, who have since moved out.
All the employees—both on the phone and the service technician—are friendly and customer-oriented.

We’re 100% satisfied with the Pure Water system. The water tastes fantastic; we drink plenty of it regularly without having to force ourselves, and we feel great about it.
Of course, we recommend the system time and again, but we’ve both noticed that many people—especially the well-off—would rather spend their money elsewhere 🥲 What a shame… though these same people complain about all sorts of little ailments….
Thank you 🙏 for letting us enjoy your system, its many benefits, and especially the wonderful water 🙏

Over the past 12 years, I have compared nearly all of the well-known premium water filtration systems in Germany and Europe and have used many of them myself. My conclusion is clear: This system is by far the best I know

The water quality is outstanding, and the filtration system delivers across the board. The unit is portable, made of high-quality stainless steel, pleasantly quiet, and—unlike many other systems—doesn’t get hot. Another major advantage is the reliability of the water supply: even water from rivers or lakes can be reliably treated. For me, that’s a true unique selling point.

The system is manufactured in Germany—genuine “Made in Germany”—with a level of quality and craftsmanship that you can immediately feel.

I’m equally impressed by the company itself. Transparency, excellent service, and honest dealings with customers are at the heart of everything they do. CEO Thomas Kirner impresses not only with his professional expertise but, above all, with his humanity and his clear mission to help people in the long term with an exceptional product.

For me, this water filtration system is the gold standard. In my opinion, anyone looking for uncompromising quality, durability, and maximum safety won’t find anything better. I highly recommend it!

I came to Pure Water on a recommendation and, despite having a kitchen renovation coming up, decided to have the system installed now.

Communication was always prompt, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. All my questions were thoroughly addressed in advance.

The installation was completed quickly, and Mr. Forisch’s quiet and clean work was very professional.

Knowing that I can always turn to the team for help with the renovation of my new kitchen was and is very reassuring.

I’m looking forward to my healthy, pure water

The water quality is great and we drink a lot more - that's why 💚

It was installed with us with complete satisfaction and we are very happy to be able to enjoy the "pure" water 😊👍
Thank you very much

The customer service provided by André Forisch was very pleasant and competent. Thank you very much.

Even after a year of regular use, I would choose the filter again and again. There's also a great service where I don't have to worry about anything. Thank you for everything:

The water filter is well installed under the sink and works very well. I was impressed by the filter result compared to other providers and the team is very friendly and helpful.

We are completely satisfied. Thank you very much.

After making a telephone inquiry and setting a time slot, the fitter contacted me again on the agreed day and arrived reliably for the appointment. He solved the problem that arose when changing the filter (leakage) competently and, when asked, explained conclusively what the problem was and how it could be solved. Afterwards, everything worked perfectly again. The price for the filter change is not exactly cheap, but it's okay.

Dear Pure Water team, everything to do with the filter change went perfectly, appointment arrangement, filter change, although we were not on site ourselves and our daughter stood in for us, we received feedback from her that everything was done reliably by the fitter. Thank you very much!

High quality, great customer service, fast and uncomplicated
Many thanks

It's going wonderfully...
Delicious, quick and easy,
It was a great decision.

The filtered water from Pure-Water is a real asset, it tastes great, cleanses the body and makes the whole family drink more water again! And the option of taking the filter system with me on vacation is really great, so I never have to go without my delicious water!

The concept of the system is convincing

There is still room for improvement in communication with the company. The fitter was very competent and gave me valuable tips for further use (dismantling and reassembly). A person who happened to be there was interested in the product after talking to the fitter.

The customer service and the entire process are exemplary. The water tastes very good. Unfortunately, the system can be heard in our house due to the pump installed in the case. This can be very annoying at times. The flow rate is OK but below the normal flow rate of a 'normal' tap, which you also have to get used to. Otherwise, a clear recommendation for every health enthusiast.

The taste is sensational! Soothing from the very first glass. Drinking is much easier for me. I am very satisfied

Called back immediately and I was helped as quickly as possible. Very competent and helpful technician. Also the employee on the phone... I am completely delighted and grateful for Pure Water quality... Best regards Bärbel Retter
