Appointments were possible at short notice if necessary and at times even outside office hours. On coming questions was quickly responded to by phone or by mail.
Also on a human basis, Ms. Kaul always had suitable words when she noticed in conversation or mail that you are nervous so that she explained the situation and described the possibilities so that my personal panic disappeared through your kind words, so you felt not like a file / client but appreciated, which unfortunately is not the case with every lawyer.
