Dear Rosi,
In terms of team building, it was a very successful event. I'm still torn about the extent to which Insights is really our tool of the future, because it pushes too much for me.
At two points in our workshop I stumbled a bit:
a) When Corinna wanted more time from us in the evening 17.30 instead of 17.00 and it was clear to me that we will certainly not be able to solve her issue with the document storage with 9 people in a grassroots democratic way, it took quite a while until the realization matured here. It put the importance of the topic of team building into perspective and let us fall from a flight of fancy very hard into the details and everyday work. The last two topics would have been better left out of the workshop. I know you probably just wanted to please Corinna.
b) At one point you let Corinna take the scepter out of your hand and she took the lead in working out the documentation. But then she slipped back into her role as participant and you took over again. That was also at the end of the event. Here I would have liked more leadership from you in the process.
Otherwise, I thought it was a great team building experience for all of us together. Thank you!
Best regards, Alex
