Das Fitnessbootcamp gibt neue Impulse und inspiriert, wenn man dem Alltag und auch dem Trainingsalltag entfliehen will. Durch intensives Training in der Kleingruppe mit dem Personaltrainer wächst du über dich hinaus und entwickelst dich weiter. Atemberaubende Natur und Austausch in der Gruppe sorgen für Entschleunigung, neue Ideen und Achtsamkeit.

Mit gezielte Übungen und sehr guten Tipps haben beide Stefanie und George mir das richtige Berglaufen beigebracht..
Beide haben mich mit ihrem Sportwissen schmerzfrei und Seitenstechen frei bekommen.
Ich kann das Training nur weiterempfehlen

Die Trainer Steffi und Georgius, sind sehr motivierend und freundlich. Auch wenn manche Übungen furchtbar erscheinen, die beiden schaffen es einen mitreißen. Danach ist man doch stolz auf seine Leistung und fühlt sich großartig. Besonders schön finde ich die immer wieder neuen, attraktiven Laufstrecken und, daß Steffi so schöne Fotos von dem Training macht.
