We can recommend Schatteria without reservation. From the consultation to the installation of our slat roof, everything worked out excellently. Our special thanks go to the two fitters Mr. Mischok and Mr. Nährstadt, who carried out the installation. They worked absolutely professionally and accurately, every move was perfect, despite the cold and rain. All in all a top performance. The products from Schatteria are very high quality and we are absolutely satisfied. Thanks again to the entire team.

I bought a slat roof Lamaxa L 50 with side walls and was very satisfied with the advice, service as well as the construction of the system. The customer consultant has responded very well to my wishes, the surveyor has been able to give me some more advice and the construction was done professionally in consultation and with constructive suggestions. I can highly recommend Schatteria, the summer can come.

I can only confirm again from the first offer to the execution it was all perfect. What impressed me most was the correctness of the schedule, the friendliness of the employees and finally the installation. We had ordered and bought an awning at Schatteria in Munich at the beginning of 2021. Throughout the summer we were able to use it and are totally thrilled. We were so well advised (by Niko) and the implementation was impeccable. Super fast, friendly, solution-oriented and competent. Our small roof terrace is on the 5th floor, so the awning had to be pulled up from below. This was not at all easy, but was solved by the nice employees of Schatteria professionally excellent.
We can fully recommend Schatteria.

From consulting to implementation, almost everything was perfect. Initial difficulties due to the change of the manager were quickly resolved. Despite the bad weather (January 2021), the installers gave the greatest effort in the construction of the terrace roof with substructure awning and that in a top quality. We have now used the roof the first summer and are fully enthusiastic despite the high price. If you want to have quality and the joy should last long, you have to invest a bit.

There was a very friendly and honest consultation in the showroom in Leipzig. The rough planning for the preparation of the offer was done in a very competent manner. During the detailed planning on our property, all details could be clarified. Thus, nothing stood in the way of a professional and speedy construction of the Renson lamella roof. A recommendation on our part goes without saying. Many thanks to the whole team in Leipzig.

Recently, my long planned terrace roof was built by Schatteria.
I am super satisfied and it also looks quite class. Has everything fit!
Particular praise also to the 2 executing assemblers, Mr. Russau and Mr. Bergmann, a well-rehearsed team where every handle sat and everyone knew exactly what and where to do (how quickly they had the 4 meter long and heavy glass panels in this scorching heat of over 30 degrees, wirtlich impressive)!
Negatively I must unfortunately evaluate the long waiting time, over 4 months after deposit! What but of course also falls back on the current situation and the delivery difficulties of the manufacturer with.
Furthermore, the LED lighting has unfortunately been forgotten in the order and I hope but not that the clarification still drags on just as long!
Conclusion: Clear recommendation

The consultation both in the showroom in Dresden, as well as in Berlin, but especially the on-site consultation and adaptation to our conditions were very individual and comprehensive. Questions and needs were competently addressed and the implementation was just as professional. Scheduling difficulties were made up for by a high level of personal commitment.
