So I can confirm, the business model works and Mr. Richter keeps what he promises at a very good "hourly rate"...Also, the debtor's counseling is led as a "procedural agent" in the proceedings, but when the proceedings are opened, you have to virtually "work things out yourself with the insolvency administrator"....
If I were to do it again.....then I would look for someone (on the Internet?) who has already filed an application for private insolvency, take this as the basis for their own application, submit the application to the insolvency court itself and use the amount for a (fee-based) debtor counseling for the completion of the application differently....
