We organized 24-hour care for my uncle. The Liebelts gave us very quick and detailed personal advice. They work transparently and very quickly, which was very important in our case. Unfortunately, the actual care, which had already been organized, did not take place, as my uncle passed away. Until then, my experience had been very positive!

Following a recommendation, we called Mr. Liebelt because our mother was in need of care.
During the personal meeting 3 days later, he discussed all the key details with us - in an understandable way - and asked us about our wishes and ideas.
After just 14 days, we received documents for a possible caregiver and after 3 weeks we had a "fairy godmother" with us who was friendly, competent and empathetic.
We were delighted and felt that our mother was in good hands. Above all, our mother felt comfortable with this "fairy godmother" after a short period of familiarization.
In the meantime, both Mrs. Liebelt and Mr. Liebelt have been able to help us a lot with questions regarding our mother's hospital stay.
We and our mother felt very well looked after and can highly recommend the Sencurina nursing service.

When my mother suddenly became a nursing case in December, we quickly realized that she would no longer be able to manage alone in her large house. However, as she would like to spend the rest of her life at home in her own home for as long as possible, even though she is in poor health, we asked around for advice. At the hospital, Mr. Liebelt from Sencurina came highly recommended. Mr. Liebelt analyzed the situation on site very precisely, discreetly and sensitively. We were very satisfied with the consultation. Within a few weeks, a Polish home help with nursing experience arrived and took care of my mother in a very reliable and committed manner.
As everyone in the family has a full-time job, we would not have been able to provide care at home for my mother. After just a few weeks, we realized that it would be almost impossible to manage without professional support. Mr. Liebelt has always given us helpful advice on all the bureaucratic procedures with health insurance companies, MDK and so on.

Ms. Liebelt and Mr. Liebelt were always easy to reach and returned our calls promptly. They were always able to help us with occasional misunderstandings in our dealings with the Polish supervisors.

Ms. Liebelt's empathetic approach helped me in the acute care situation (both parents, PG 4 + PG5) to take the risk of hiring a 24-hour caregiver. Unfortunately, the behavior of the first caregiver was not compatible with our ideas - but thanks to Mrs. Liebelt, a very good solution was found immediately, and even after mother's death, my father felt very well cared for in the care of his Hedwig, who showed great empathy from the beginning and had a trusting relationship with both my father and me through her warm, open and loving manner. She cared for my father with great care and consideration. She is also very popular with the nursing service, physio staff and others due to her empathetic, open nature. She is very motivated to deal with unplanned situations (my father's stay in hospital).
She works independently in the entire daily care of my father (personal hygiene, catheter care, housekeeping, motor activation, entertainment, etc.), so that I was able to take a break from family care for a few weeks.
It is easy to communicate with her in German, and she always knows how to involve and motivate my father.

You can stay in your own four walls and is cared for alone.
It is despite a 24-hour care cheaper than a home place.
The couple Liebelt is committed to questions and helps with all written matters.
The care is not randomly chosen but they look if it fits the person to be cared for.
I am very satisfied.

My experience so far with Liebelt from Loxstedt has been consistently good. If I have any questions or minor problems, Mr. Liebelt always responds immediately and tries to find a solution.
And yes, I have recommended Liebelt to my aunt, who, herself 84 years old, cares for my uncle who suffers from dementia. In the meantime, my aunt has also been helped and for almost 14 days she has been receiving support from a dedicated caregiver, organized by Mr. Liebelt.
Before we came across the company Liebelt, we had from another agency caregivers for parents.....the price was the same, unfortunately, these "forces" had all previously obviously been homeless. Without teeth, stupid, dirty, spoke hardly German and partly snotty. They stole all the jewelry from my parents, one of them even had a front door key made for himself and came back about a year after I had kicked him out because of his alcoholism and stole my parents' entire savings. After such experiences we were skeptical, but are now very, very happy with the caregivers of Sencurina, because we had already almost given up faith in reputable intermediaries.

I have had a very good experience with the Liebelt family. It is fun to work with them and they have helped me a lot.
