We switched from Treatwell to Shore, which has saved us a lot of money on commissions. The switch has been worth it for us. But please improve the API—it’s outdated in 2026.

I’m still missing the ability to enter hours, overtime, etc., as you can with the Aplano app, or the option to embed a third-party app for the work schedule. As it stands, we have to enter everything manually in both apps… or enter everything in a third-party calendar and then embed that one
(However, according to our IT department, that doesn’t work either.)
It would also be helpful if we had a feature for important comments (such as “This booking is binding”). Although everything is listed in the expandable description, but we’ve noticed that people these days don’t read anymore unless a red warning pops up and has to be clicked away...

I've been using Shore for a long time and am very happy with it. The price is high, though. But it's worth it when you have problems. There's always someone available to answer the phone.
