We switched from Treatwell to Shore, which has saved us a lot of money on commissions. The switch has been worth it for us. But please improve the API—it’s outdated in 2026.

I’m a self-employed massage therapist working on my own. Since I started using Shore, 90% of the booking process has been automated. No more endless phone calls or chats. Client information is retrieved automatically, and reminders are sent automatically (I used to do that manually). With Shore, I’ve bought myself some time, and I’m happy about every client who books and pays online. Whether I’m on vacation or not checking my phone, Shore runs 24/7.

It would also be helpful if the calendar were locked for customers even when only one person is using it.
Specifically, there are two of us, but we only have one workstation.

I’m still missing the ability to enter hours, overtime, etc., as you can with the Aplano app, or the option to embed a third-party app for the work schedule. As it stands, we have to enter everything manually in both apps… or enter everything in a third-party calendar and then embed that one
(However, according to our IT department, that doesn’t work either.)
It would also be helpful if we had a feature for important comments (such as “This booking is binding”). Although everything is listed in the expandable description, but we’ve noticed that people these days don’t read anymore unless a red warning pops up and has to be clicked away...
