Unfortunately, my experience with Soft&Cloud is different from what some other buyers have rated.
- Thursday, 08.02.2024: License order
- Friday, 09.02.2024: Payment in advance (real-time bank transfer).
I had to calculate the VAT on the invoice myself. Telephone message to Soft&Cloud that the ordering system does not calculate VAT.
- Tuesday, 13.02.2024: the licenses were not delivered. Cancellation of the order by me.
- Tuesday, 13.02.2024: Announcement that the licenses will be delivered in "the next few minutes" and that download links will be provided within 24 hours.
- Tuesday, 13.02.2024: Receipt of incoming invoice with note to pay within the next 14 days. What do you actually pay in advance for?
- Wednesday, 14.02.2024: Neither the licenses nor the download or access to the download system have been set up.
- Wednesday, 14.02.2024: Another notification that the order has been canceled. No response from the Soft&Cloud company.
I have different requirements for good service.
