After briefly stating our wishes, Ms. Rebecca sent us a list by email, which we were then able to look at at our leisure and choose what suited us best. The call back, the booking and the sending of the documents took place quickly and was reliable! If everything goes so well with the trip, we will continue to be customers!

We were very satisfied with the advice from Ms. Kämpf and the arrangement of our trip. We were supported on the day of departure when the flight was canceled and we needed a hotel to stay overnight on the new flight. We were also supported after the vacation in applying for reimbursement of additional costs or services not rendered.

Unfortunately I have to say that I was not satisfied with the bursting. I made it clear that I was traveling by ship for the first time, but even then there was no advice on how it would be desirable as far as the cabins are concerned, etc. Too bad I myself will no longer book with them and will not recommend them to others.
