Work was carried out as planned. The coordination with other companies involved worked excellently. Also the arrangement with the city of Düsseldorf for the opening of the sidewalk was taken over by the company Spanke.
Spanke Haustechnik works extremely quality-oriented, reliable and competent. Close contact is maintained with the customer, even when they are not on site themselves. A company with a great sense of responsibility and customer orientation.
Unfortunately, I am not satisfied, the error was not really fixed. Now I'm waiting for the complaint to be processed quickly. Very friendly was Mrs. Rickx, also Mr. Scheel, but unfortunately without success
Unfortunately, I was not informed at the time of commissioning that a trainee would be involved. Do I incur additional costs because of this? Furthermore, the technician has carried out an interim without my required consent due to lack of spare part. Another issue is that I saw just under two hours duration for the work - but the report states 2.5 hours, which the technician did not specifically inform me of, especially since I know it well due to my tightly-tackled virtual home office schedule. The Spanke technicians were polite and they did their job competently. Regarding "implementation" I can only judge it as "neutral" in terms of time and efficiency, since I have no or little experience in this regard.
