Mr. Georg Weishaupt and Mr. Marcel Eichner, as Team Taxpatation, are certainly the number 1 for any tax assessment involving US nationals, especially the armed forces under the NATO Status of Forces. My goodness, if only we had had them as advisors many years ago. What trouble and financial damage we would have been spared by the tax authorities...

Mr. Weishaupt represented us exceptionally well in our dealings with the tax office. It was a complicated case in which it was clear to us that we would lose to the tax office and have to expect a huge back payment.
After Mr. Weishaupt took on the case, we immediately had a better feeling, as he was able to explain many things well, even for the untrained.
We also found the customer service particularly noteworthy, from the response time to inquiries to the more than fair price/performance ratio

Extremely pleased by the outstanding guidance and advice provided by Mr. Georg Weishaupt. He explained in detail the intricacies of navigating the German Tax system to me. As a new Army retiree, and staying in German, it is crucial to understand these intricacies. I feel more informed and better prepared thanks to Mr. Weishaupt's superb service. Thank you sir!

Honestly - I've had the best experience with Georg at Taxpatation managing my taxes in Germany. As someone who has been self employed / owning businesses for over a decade I've got plenty of experience in hiring accountants in both the UK and Germany. Really great service here, helpful, reliable and knowledgeable esp around international tax.

My overall tax burden is lower now than with my previous steuerberater and that’s because Georg took the time to think things through and advise.

If you're an expat & need to do tax returns in Germany or owner of international business you won't find better. 100% recommended.

I cannot recommend Georg Weishaupt for expat / German tax preparation enough.
He has delivered quality and timeliness for each of the past three years.
He is easy to communicate with, polite and patient about my near endless questions / concerns.
German tax preparation is a very big pain for me, but George helped get me through it every time.
I am glad I was able to find him.

Georg Weishaupt has been instrumental in helping me move my business over from Stuttgart to Kaiserslautern. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding SOFA and double taxation laws, and is familiar with the HBB (home-based business) process.

Mr. Weishaupt has always been responsive and quick to tackle any issues that arise and to answer any questions I may have. It is not easy to run a business in a foreign country and it can be nerve wracking to make the decision to get involved in a foreign tax system, but Mr. Weishaupt takes much of that worry away. I highly recommend him for any Americans on SOFA status that would like to set up a business in Germany.

Georg was recommended to me by a friend who uses his services. I contacted Georg regarding using him as my business tax person and I could not be happier. His prices have been more than fair, I don’t feel like he’s attempted to gouge me, or charge me at the upper end of what he’s allowed to charge. He’s answered a bunch of emails that I’ve sent with random questions pertaining to my business and even filed my personal taxes for me when I forgot to do them. I have nothing to complain about, and will definitely keep using his services in the future. I don’t feel like I’m just some number when it comes to being his client, Georg seems to actually care about the business relationships between him and his clients and thats important.
