I can only say one word - everything is great,
At first I was a little unsure about the 30% upfront payment, but the positive reviews here convinced me. I have not regretted it. I was given very good advice and information in a friendly preliminary telephone conversation without any pressure to buy. After the final decision had been made in favor of Terrassenheld, a professionally experienced employee came to us in the Eifel and helped us with the selection of the awning fabric. The assembly was amazing - you have to have such motivated employees. The whole assembly went very well and everything was perfect. Above all, the way the team worked was a feast for the eyes, very clean and tidy. Even the terrace was cleaned. No garbage or dirt. Once again many greetings to the team. I can only recommend the company.

From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything went perfectly with Terrassenheld.

The company always had an open ear for queries and was very easy to contact. Competent advice also on site.

The fitters worked cleanly and precisely, were punctual and very friendly.

Our new patio roof with sliding system looks great and of high quality.
It couldn't be better - that's why we fully recommend them!

Absolute recommendation!
We needed help because our patio roof was sagging badly.
Although the roofing was installed by another supplier (who is now insolvent), Terrassenheld did not turn us away.
Our problem was solved promptly and very competently to our complete satisfaction. Thank you very much for your support.

Only a few days passed from the first contact to the receipt of the offer and the appointment for the measurement here and on site. Very nice, professional employees, all agreements were 100% adhered to and implemented.
The installation date was also met on time, the employees of the installation team are to be emphasized clean work on site nice and teamwork is very important.
Our patio roof in anthracite, measuring 6.00 m x 3.50 m with internal awning and 12 LED lamps, looks very high quality and we are very satisfied. We can recommend this company without hesitation. If we need side walls, we will ask for a quote again.

After a long search for a suitable patio roof and several offers, we finally came across TerrassenHelden. It was particularly important to us that the roof only had two supports and could be supplied in a special size, as we only have 535 cm of space between our garage and the neighbor's property boundary.

We had almost given up hope for a short time, as special dimensions were almost unaffordable with other suppliers - every glass and every profile would have had to be custom-made.

A big compliment to the TerrassenHelden: From initial contact to completion, they were always available, extremely helpful and catered to all our wishes.

We are more than satisfied - we have never seen another roof without visible screws or drill holes. The assembly instructions were well thought out and ideal for self-assembly.

It took just 14 days from ordering to delivery - absolutely great!

The roof was delivered within 2 weeks as promised. Unfortunately, one component was missing, but this has already been delivered today. The material makes a very good impression. We will assemble it at the weekend and report back ;)

Overall, we are very satisfied with Terrassenheld, we had special requests and were very pleased that everything was implemented. The advice from Mr. Vousten was super and, above all, prompt. We sent an inquiry by e-mail and received quick feedback and a quote.
The employees were a well-coordinated team and the entire roof was installed in one day. The only pity was that we had a lot of footprints on the glass and had to clean them immediately.

Von dem Produkt sind wir sehr überzeugt. Auch war der telefonische Kontakt ist einfach und freundlich. Wir hatten zwar eine Reklamation nach der Montage, für welche wir aber nach einem kurzen Anruf direkt einen Termin zur Korregierung bekommen haben. Gestern wurde alles erledigt und jetzt sind wir glücklich mit unsere Überdachung!
