It is well explained, broken into the 9 key elements that specifically define and demonstrate the different requirements of pre-commissioning, commissioning & start-up activities. Supported by flow charts, examples of documentation and checklist. - I would highly recommended

PD: I am Electrical Engineer (Operations & Maintenance) from Venezuela. I have worked most of my experience in the petroleum industry, at times in construction, operations, maintenance, coaching, only a couple of years in commissioning. I would like to complete this particular training and try to find a job in this challenging field of commissioning.

Hi Thomas,

My name is Haval Abdulrahman. I provide services as E&I manager, commissioning manager and owner's representative for the heavy industries. Mainly the Oil&Gas (Upstream, midstream and downstream), Energy, Maritime and offshore industry. Depending on the project phase and client wishes, I manage the E&I scope for various project phases starting from the study phase, FEED, basic engineering, detail engineering, execution and Construction, Commissioning and Start up. I've been working for more than 20 Years for various clients in these industries and more. I've been involved in new build and Refit projects. I've been involved in many complicated projects, which some had interesting project organizations and interesting subcontractors, which could make the commissioning and start-up challenging. So I've seen different ways of commissioning and the preparation for it.

I was curious about the content of the course because I've seen many different ways to do the commissioning and the preparations for it so far. The course offered by Thomas Steunkel covers the necessary fundamentals required to prepare for and do the commissioning for O&G plants and common process industry installations and more than that. The described methodology is logical and very structured which makes it easy to follow, record and track any possible problems. The method of registering and reporting is mentioned and the level of details is sufficient in the course. I liked the structure because of the above and agree with all the steps, sequences and all emphasised subjects. The course is very useful for individuals and companies as well.

The training material is comprehensive, up-to-date and systematic. Recommended.

I was impressed with the training/course content as it covered the very requirement and inspires further learning at the same time. Thomas was open and very helpful to answer questions I had, as well as discuss various topics and inspire my learning.
