The simple and centralized management of inventory or assets in general. It is really very clear and you can create another asset warehouse from pretty much any asset. The warehouse function with automatic notification for e.g. consumables is also very simple and well organized

Qualified and intuitive software for asset management
From the initial contact to the introduction and onboarding, we are very impressed with the initiative and commitment of the Timly team. In combination with a successful software, our current experience is very positive.

The fast and intuitive usability of the software. Comprehensible mapping and management of assets. In particular, the inventory of resources with the QR codes obtained through Timly creates the best conditions for never losing track even in the jungle of countless assets.

We chose Timly because the solution impressed us in several respects. The inventory management is simple, clear and saves a lot of time on a day-to-day basis. The well thought-out process for handovers and returns is particularly helpful - clearly structured and intuitive to use. We would also like to emphasize the excellent support: friendly, competent and always quickly available. For us, Timly is a practical and reliable solution that fully meets our requirements. So far, we have not noticed any disadvantages - Timly fully meets our requirements.

Timly - THE program for your company. A really good solution with practically endless possibilities. If something needs to be adjusted, there is most likely a solution for it - the simplicity of the system. If you have problems, you can get in touch and you will ALWAYS get a solution.

Participative management of company equipment. Know at all times what a person has and where a particular object is. History by person and by object. Web connection from any platform (Android, PC, Mac...). Very responsive support. There are currently no problems using the system, and all the teams quickly familiarized themselves with the tool, which is very intuitive. Once all the items have been entered into Timly (either manually or via import), all that's left to do is assign rights to each of your employees. You can then add documents linked to your items, giving you a library that can be consulted remotely. Ergonomics are excellent and navigation very intuitive.

The management of all my assets into one place that's the most convenient way to do it if you want it done right. Not one thing I'm that I can honestly say that's negative about it. I loved all of the apps management tools. Overall I had a great experience with the app. I loved all of my assets being in one spot together..

The intuitive usability, which enables even people with little or no digital affinity to work independently in the system after just a short briefing, and the customization options, which enable the responsible process owners to adapt the system to their requirements in the best possible way.
Overall, we have had very good experiences with Timly in terms of the transparency of our personnel and device data. Anyone who needs access can now get it without any detours, making work much easier in many areas and providing a good overview for those responsible.

It's easy to use, and there's no need to install anything, because timly is SaaS. I was looking for IS fleet management software, I found timly, [sensitive content hidden] gave me a demo and I was immediately won over. Easy to set up, good support from A to Z.

From an IT perspective, it's a very good and easy tool to use and configure. There is a lot of logging and debugging info available, provisioning and deprovisioning users is tracked nicely. SSO setup is a breeze, again, with a lot of logging provided, so you always know what's happening. The available guides and the platforms available for integrations are up-to date and easy to use too. Overall a very good tool, would recommend. Configuring and maintaining it in a company of 10K+ employees. Setting up SSO, provisioning, profiling and other activities was very pleasant.

The inventory can be customized thanks to the simple handling. Even in the event of problems, there is great support that responds quickly and has a solution ready.

It is a good program that is easy to use and can be used by any employee!
Even our older colleagues, who are not particularly good with technology, have understood it.

Timly is super easy to understand, and I'm not a PC person, you can choose what you want to see from the lists, very easy to use to create or insert something, I also like that you can scan everything with your cell phone/tablet, so it's perfect for construction sites.
I have only been in contact with Timly for 2 months and have done little with such a system before, but it is super easy to understand and easy to use.
