First of all, we would like to thank you very much for taking the time to provide us with your feedback on your experience with the handling of your graffiti damage claim. We are very sorry that you were not satisfied and take your concerns very seriously.
It is correct that the cost of removing the graffiti is covered by your premium homeowners insurance policy, but not the cost of replacing or adjusting the paint, painting, lettering, trim or siding on the exterior facade. In forwarding the letter to them for approval of damage repair by the insurer, we failed to advise you of this uninsured circumstance, although usually the damage should have been repaired even in the absence of insurance coverage.
We recognize that our failure to advise you was unfortunate and not in keeping with our service promise. This was a mistake on our part and for this we would like to sincerely apologize to you.
