I am writing to provide feedback on my recent experience with the dental implants I received at Vitrin Clinic. Overall, I am very happy with the outcome of my treatment, but I believe there are several key points that warrant discussion.

Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude for the exceptional care I received from Lasaki. She was truly wonderful in addressing my emotional and physical needs throughout the entire process. Her attentiveness and compassion made a significant difference during what was admittedly a complex operation.

However, I did encounter a few challenges throughout my experience. Upon my initial arrival in Istanbul, I found that the final pricing for my treatment was considerably higher than what had been quoted prior to my trip. Despite having provided them with a comprehensive 4D X-ray beforehand, which I believed would facilitate a transparent cost discussion, the price adjustments and additional costs came as a surprise. Though I felt I had no choice but to proceed with the treatment at that point, I found this lack of transparency concerning.

During my second visit, I was equally surprised to learn that I would incur additional costs for my accommodation. The hotel options provided were limited, and I felt the quality did not justify the £850 charge for a ten-day stay, especially considering that this information had not been disclosed to me prior to my arrival. This added financial burden was disappointing and should have been communicated upfront.

Moreover, I was confronted with the suggestion of adding more implants during my follow-up visit, despite having clearly discussed an "All-on-6" solution. The insistence on additional costs felt disingenuous, and I found myself quite upset by the manner in which this was presented. It was distressing to feel that I was being asked to pay more than what had been previously agreed upon.

In conclusion, while I highly praise Lasaki ,the clinical staff , and the nurses for their professionalism and care, I would encourage potential patients to be cautious about the financial aspects of their treatment at Vitrin Clinic. The overall cost of my procedure ended up being significantly higher than initially quoted, which is an important consideration for anyone contemplating similar treatment.

We had an excellent reception. The staff is well-informed and great in organizing and interaction.
The Consultation was very clear and detailed.
The whole team is very courteous.
We were booked to fly to Istanbul to get my Denture Bridge repaired or eventually replaced.
The Doctor recommended Implants as a permanent solution.
I was not prepared but decided to go for it.
Today, a day after surgery, having Seven Implants done, I am happy I decided to do it.
I would greatly recommend Vitrin Clinic, Istanbul to anyone who is looking for Dental Treatment.

After six months the Crowns were fixed. I am fully satisfied with the whole procedure and would recommend Vitrine Clinic Global to anyone who is looking for Dental Treatment.

I would like to emphasize on the way the Managers, Consultants, Doctors and Surgeons coordinate-It was very impressive. Picked up from the Airport, picked up from the Hotel and dropped off after every appointment and then the final drop-off at the Airport. The drivers are courteous too.
The staff at the reception was very helpful and kind.

I would recommend Vitrin Clinic Global to anyone who is looking for a reliable place to get Dental Treatment (Implants etc)

Hello everyone, I'm sharing my incredibly positive experience at Vitrin Clinic.

My first phase took place in October 2024, during which four teeth were extracted and implants were placed in preparation for their replacement three months later. Everything went perfectly, and without pain!

In February, I returned for the placement of the teeth, along with crowns to restore my smile — a total of 29 crowns! Everything was done with great care, painlessly, and with so much patience and kindness. Incredible!

I can only recommend this clinic, which has all the necessary specialists for every step of the process. Katrin and Mamadou closely followed me through each stage with genuine kindness. My prosthetist and his assistant were amazing — comforting and professional!

Honestly, I encourage you not to hesitate.
