The exposé was outstanding in every respect. What some estate agents deliver in this respect is subterranean. A bad exposé saved me a lot of money on another property (purchase), I will never forget that.
Of course it hurts as a (seller) to be involved in the estate agent's costs, but in this case it was a sensible investment for the buyer who found his dream property and for me as the seller. We would do it again in a heartbeat.
