The time with Ms. Romanova has brought me extremely much. I was not only able to get to know myself very well, but also how to deal with the environment that awaits me. Ms. Romanova manages with her empathetic way that you feel safe and can open up. At the same time, the sessions with her are true to life and humorous. I was given exercises that I can fall back on again and again and that have helped me in many situations and certainly will. Through research on the Internet on the subject of job application coaching I became aware of Yaroslava.

We started with my application documents. Together we revised the cover letter and the resume to a target-oriented and expressive application document.

Through your help Yaroslava, I got piece by piece self-confidence and confidence in myself to write my applications with a certain ease.

I also got very valuable tips from you on the subject of job interviews.
The repeated training "Being successful in job interviews" has made me very strong and self-confident. Many thanks again for this!

Thank you very much. Our communication was very open, it was easy for me to ask questions, there were no barriers, and in my opinion it helped to take advice and recommendations.

Jaroslava establishes a trusting communication, that is important. We had a work assignment in front of us, but most of the time we spent uncovering my personal limits. As a result, I had a different attitude towards the situation, there was a clear plan to solve my tasks.

This is my first experience with a coach, it has proven to be interesting, with unexpected discoveries around weaknesses for me, and hopefully will bring further positive development.

Professional/new job search:
She showed me new ways, she encouraged me to overcome the last hurdle and showed me with a lightness and cheerfulness and a very positive charisma that you can go other professional ways without problems. Through her calmness and patience, she can also quickly cheer you up again if you have a hiccup. I received 7 acceptances out of 7 applications (with a new application photo and application templates that she provided me with).

I had application training at Yaro (cover letter assistance, resume assistance, and interview training) at Yaro where she gave me a lot of valuable tips and went over each point with me.
I didn't think the whole thing would benefit me SO MUCH, but after more than a decade with one employer, the training at Yaro was a valuable component in securing my new employer.
