Tag und Zeitrahmen waren für mich als Mama von zwei Kindern perfekt gewählt. 7 Stunden nur für mich und meine berufliche Findung – das war wie Wellness. Viele Übungen haben mich positiv überrascht. Gerade im Vergleich zu anderen Coachings habe ich festgestellt, wie wichtig kurze Meditationspausen sind, um das Besprochene und Gelernte sacken zu lassen.
Ich bin bestärkt und voller Energie aus dem Workshop nach Hause und konnte die Erkenntnisse im Alltag in einigen Fällen bereits anwenden. #faceyourfear
