The customer service is very nice and quick to act. Unfortunately, the multiple hang-ups of the server made us leave YSC, as we also deal with clients and we ended up being unprofessional with our clients. When a project is due that day and the client has to accept the video and can't, it casts a shadow on us, and also on our work. On the positive side, videos can be streamed. Negative as written, the many hang-ups and that it takes so long until you have uploaded your stuff.
