I am very satisfied with my decision to choose Energiemeister.
On the one hand, I was given a fair offer and on the other hand, my wishes were taken into account as I envisioned the system. As an electrical engineer, I did extensive planning in advance about the system size, the roof sides to be occupied (south & north), predicted yield with the help of PGIS (https://re.jrc.ec.europa.eu/pvg_tools/de/tools.html), the use of the optimizer due to the existing shade problems from autumn to spring due to the trees on the neighboring public property, the personal consumption of the last few years and the increasing consumption due to the aging children + potential e-car in the future. Unlike many other providers, Mr. Maleki did not ignore this or describe it as unnecessary, but made a fair offer based on my specifications.
I have to praise the roofing contractor (Wiebe). The entire installation process on the roof, which took 3 days due to unfavorable weather conditions in December, was smooth, professional and very clean. 18 modules were installed on the south side (7.92 kWp) and 12 modules on the north side (5.28 kWp). The connection of the 2 inverters including the battery to the DC and AC side was completed within one day. Mr. Maleki was always available by phone to answer questions or exchange information.
After the system was finally put into operation the next working day (sufficient daylight is necessary due to the optimizers installed), it has been running without any problems so far.
Despite the very dark and wet days in January and February 2024 so far, my decision to equip the north side with PV modules has proven to be the right one as I had some completely self-sufficient days in these two months and was able to reduce the grid consumption to 50% (January) and 30% (February). The 11 days in March so far show a reduction in grid consumption to 2% of the typical monthly consumption in March.
I can recommend Energiemeister without reservation.
