A fixed price was agreed and the agreed performance was also kept. The extra work was done by your electrician and you did not incur € 3,000 costs.
The payment was agreed with 50% deposit 10 days before the start of installation and the balance on commissioning. The commissioning was carried out successfully. Therefore, we are surprised that the payment was not made and then only a part was paid. Therefore, we have forwarded the case to our collection agency.
The instruction has been done by our electrician.
At the agreed date with you for the meeting and the protocol handover and clarification of open questions, no one was there or available by phone.
Furthermore, the solar power storage is running without permission in trial operation, which we have not yet been able to complete.
We had also offered to visit you in our office, to which we have received no response.
The meter replacement has been applied for with the energy supplier and we are waiting for the appointment.
We find your behavior and the started mudslinging very regrettable. It was also very difficult to get the workmen to continue after the first day with you.
As we have also learned, you are already in litigation with other people and are not willing to cooperate.
