enerix Paderborn - Photovoltaik & Stromspeicher

From the first contact (brochure ''Step by step to your own photovoltaic system'') to the subsequent consultation, quotation, installation, product handover and adherence to deadlines, everything went to our complete satisfaction. Even a storage extension after 6 months went without a hitch.

We had our previous photovoltaic system - which was not installed by Enerix - extended by Enerix. The scope of the extension also included the conversion of individual modules of the old system from west to east so that the new system could be installed completely on the west system. As a result of this conversion, the same modules are on each side of the roof (the modules of the old system look different). This also looks good visually.

We also have a Varta battery storage system with the old system and a solar battery storage system was installed with the new system. Enerix was the only company that dared to do this. It works well, although we have separate apps for both battery storage systems. The Varta battery storage unit is emptied first when required and appears in the Sonnen app as if electricity were coming from the roof. This is easy for me to understand.

As Fronius inverters are installed with the old system, Enerix has also installed a Fronius inverter here. This also works perfectly.

Enerix was the only company that dealt with our problem. The fitters worked quickly and very cleanly. For example, the conversion of the old modules and the installation of the new modules, including the new connection of the old modules to the existing inverters, was completed within one working day. When the old inverters were connected the next morning, the old system was up and running again immediately. Super.

The installation of the necessary components (inverters, battery storage ...) for the new system also worked perfectly. The two electricians know their trade.

The registration of the new system, including the battery storage system, also went smoothly.
In summary, we are extremely satisfied with the services provided by Enerix. We didn't have any problems like our neighbors had with missing materials.

Thanks to the new system, we now have 20 Kwp on the roof. In combination with our electric car and our heat pump, we have also done everything right with our second photovoltaic system. Including the electricity consumption of our electric car, we are now even getting around € 500 per year, so we are no longer paying any energy costs.

From the quotation to commissioning, everything was carried out quickly and satisfactorily and we were always kept informed and looked after by Patrick!

Reputable company. Top work, from the consultation/quotation to the installation of the panels and the electrical system, there is nothing to criticize. The fitters who were with us were all very friendly and worked cleanly and conscientiously and gave us a good introduction to the system itself and the app.
Any questions we had in the meantime were answered by the team in a competent and friendly manner. An all-round carefree package, even when it comes to registering with the authorities.
Ultimately, Enerix in Paderborn can be recommended and is a competent partner when it comes to installing PV systems.

We chose enerix Paderborn at the beginning of 2023 because we wanted a regional company and contact partner. As we were impressed by their expertise during the on-site consultation and planning, we signed the contract after a short time. The positive picture was then rounded off by the roof and electrical installation and project support. We opted for an 11 kWp system on two sides of the roof with a Fenecon battery and inverter system. I am still delighted with the system today and would recommend Enerix Paderborn.

A big compliment goes to the project manager Steffen Schäfers. At first I was skeptical when I read "student" on the business card. Steffen Schäfers was particularly committed, not too shy to use the hammer drill himself, always courteous and patient, especially in answering my questions as a customer. I owe my rating to him.

The implementation time was extremely fast and therefore the plant could be connected to the grid quickly.

As a photovoltaic newcomer, the specialist company Enerix Paderborn was exactly the right one for me, as many technical questions were answered during the consultation. My conclusion: Super advice! Super offer! Super implementation! Super customer service!

We particularly remember that the company enerix had an open ear for our own ideas, which could also be implemented through appropriate commitment, to our PV project from the beginning. This has significantly contributed to the decision for enerix. So far, everything has worked properly from the beginning. The installation has been carried out visually very clean and clear. The installation of the system has been carried out in a compact timeframe without any idle times worth mentioning. From our point of view there is nothing to complain about. If required, we will be happy to do so again!
