Together with Alex, we implemented an interface project involving the connection to our Fulfiller. The interface transfers orders from Shopify to the Fulfiller and updates stock levels and orders after they have been fulfilled.

We felt we were in good hands right from the start and are very satisfied with the implementation. Alex's responsiveness and problem-solving skills were outstanding and we would work with him again at any time.

Great team! With the help of Eshop-Guide, we managed to completely relaunch our two stores within 2 months. A very big help was the very result-oriented and goal-oriented way of working, especially in cooperation with other service providers and agencies. In addition, Eshop-Guide set up a complete API connection to our ERP and Amazon within less than 10 days, which works flawlessly. Can be fully recommended!

I had the pleasure of working with EShop Guide on a not so trivial project. We needed to synchronize a legacy ERP system with Shopify. Alex and his team not only immediately understood our requirements and found a suitable solution ... they also made valuable suggestions and quickly implemented the interface to our complete satisfaction. Both our move from the old store platform and our latest relaunch were a complete success. We have not only relied on a new technology and thus set the course for the future, but also felt a direct covnersion uplift. Through the joint development of the project with Juliane, our store is not only faster (Google Page Speed mobile 27-> 55), but also clearer and more user-friendly. The exchange with other team members and also with Patrick are always inspiring and therefore a clear recommendation from our side. Keep it up!

Basically, I'm satisfied with the result and I learned a lot, but not all my expectations were fully met and I still have a lot of work to do. In my case, it would have been better to start working with an existing store first, instead of right at the beginning of the idea. Nevertheless, I will recommend Eshop Guide to others.

During the construction of the UNYK Cosmetics website, my contact person Mr. Witter gave me great advice. If something was not possible, I immediately got a new solution. Alex Witter was always there for us with advice and support throughout the entire duration of the project and provided a lot of important input. His friendly, professional and relaxed manner always picked us up and so we enjoyed the project more and more. No matter how many questions we asked, he always took the time to explain everything to us calmly and even when we contacted him by mail, we always received information very quickly and could continue working. We are very satisfied with the service and the handling of Eshop-Guide and we are extremely happy with Alex as our contact person, top guy!
