Lots of potential, disappointing first and second impressions

I have rarely been so disappointed with support.
No answer after more than a day with the priority "Very high", with a new ticket because the old one was not answered.
Server is still not really productive unless I use a VPN like Cloudflare Warp.
Network is definitely not set up correctly according to "ChatGPT", any normal change of DNS servers disables virtually all other network traffic even to the gateway. (Recommended by support)
By now I am really angry and will most likely not renew my server.
For me this is unacceptable.

I am confident and hope that the existing bugs and problems will be fixed in a timely manner so that I can extend the server with a clear conscience and my money is well invested.
Price-performance ratio
----------------
In my opinion, the price-performance ratio is very good. The dedicated CPU and RAM performance (AMD Ryzen), which provides a solid basis for demanding applications, are particularly noteworthy.
Web interface
---------------
The web interface is basically well designed and easy to understand, but is still in the beta phase. As a result, minor, sometimes confusing bugs occur from time to time, for example:
- Server is incorrectly displayed as offline
- Monthly costs are not calculated correctly
- Occasional database problems in the interface (error alerts)
- Network traffic display in the graph appears inaccurate
- Frequent downtime of the web interface (current); site is partially or completely unavailable
+ Positive to emphasize: Many of these errors can be rectified by simply reloading the page (site refresh).
Support
----------
Communication with support is sometimes confusing, especially with regard to opening hours:
Web interface: 8:00 to 19:00
Main page: 10:00 to 21:00
Google: 8:00 to 17:00
In my experience, the information on Google seems to be correct, as telephone support was no longer available at 18:08.
Positive: My first ticket regarding the downtime was processed quickly - faster than with many other providers.
Negative: In the further course (from the early afternoon) I received no response despite an important problem, which made productive use of the server impossible.
Edit: The opening hours will be adjusted as soon as possible.
Further points of criticism

Upgrade processes: Additional services such as a second IP address are apparently not provided automatically (to the best of my current knowledge).
Choice of operating system: Only Debian and Ubuntu are available. Other common systems such as Fedora, openSUSE or custom images cannot currently be installed.
Both are points that could be improved in the future.
Conclusion
------
The provider shows great potential - but this is not yet fully exploited.
If the bugs and problems mentioned are fixed, I see a promising future here and will naturally adjust my rating accordingly.
Note on my current problem

It is currently not possible to install a Pterodactyl game server panel on my server. Due to a possible routing problem or a blocked IP address (to the best of my knowledge), Composer dependencies cannot be downloaded from GitHub.
This means that the server cannot be used productively at the moment
