We are very satisfied with the quality and performance. However, it would be very good if the program could be expanded by some more products (eg organic chicken meat and barley, organic ghee and coconut oil).
We want to shift our purchases as much as possible from Migros/Coop to local producers.

Thank you very much for your feedback.
Since we are a small farm store, it is difficult for us to have all the products.
Instead of chicken we have chicken meat, just when our chickens have had their day.
We have sausages like Bratwürste, Bauernschüblig and Chnöbliwürste.
For organic ghee and coconut oil we would like to point out that we cooperate with various stores.
Z.b.... BioLaden Uznach, Kostbar Unverpackt Niederurnen, Unverpackt Buttikon and Mezzogiorno Rapperswil...

I am very satisfied with the friendly and competent service. It is for me every time an absolutely beautiful experience to come in person to the farm store, to be greeted so warmly by the lovely staff, to marvel at the large, careful and always fresh selection of products, to learn over and over again something new about the use and processing of vegetables, ... There are only positive things to mention! Many thanks for the great commitment, in front of and behind the store door, as well as in the "back room"!
I am also very satisfied with the home delivery. This has worked out well for me, especially in the winter. I am happy to pay 5 francs, which I find reasonable if I can save myself the trip to Benken in return. It is convenient and easy to select from home in the clearly laid out online store. My order is always processed correctly and according to my wishes. For this, too, everyone deserves great praise.

Since the direct sale in Glarus is currently not offered, orders are possible that can be picked up on Saturdays. I have used this service last Saturday and would like to thank you for it. Only 6 eggs were missing, which I noticed only at home. I paid the bill in advance and was told that cash payment would also be possible upon pickup. That something was missing is not bad. All good. Will look next time perhaps briefly in the bag whether everything is there.
