The consulting services are disproportionate to what was implemented, in particular due to confirmed incorrect processing/misdirection of documents and data. By occurred time delays thus a substantial interest disadvantage took place. Also bank-sided same was criticized. Not to be recommended by us.

The consultation went smoothly from start to finish. Inquiries were dealt with immediately and ambiguities were explained in more detail. The very professional advice created a certain certainty of action when buying a property. Mr. Schuldt is very competent and stands by one during the complete handling of the purchase or the financing. Should I want to buy more real estate in the future, this would be my first port of call.
Especially people who are buying for the first time (like me), I can only recommend to get the right support here.

We can only warmly recommend FinanzierungsExpert.

Due to the complicated situation (Corona and two partners who do not live in the same place), the consultation appointments could be carried out as video calls without any problems.

The consultations themselves were very responsive to our ideas and in the end we got two offers, both of which offered better terms than we would have expected based on our own search.

In particular, we received great support in accepting the offer. There were some queries due to the details of the planned new building and some documents arrived late. Our contact persons always responded very quickly to our questions and sent documents, even sometimes after normal office hours. This really helped us a lot to secure the favorable offer in an environment of rising interest rates. Once again, many thanks for this!

I do recommend Michael to anyone who needs help with mortgages as an honest, simple, and of course very professional person.

I met Michael Schneider during the pandemic and all our conversations from the very beginning were over the phone. From the very start, I had a great pleasure talking to him, he being very simple as a person and honest, giving all answers to my questions, and of course, giving to me offers with all numbers for the mortgage.

If you don't trust me, then just have a simple call with him and you will understand.

For people who don't yet speak German like me (I know shame on me), and still need to understand all details of mortgages, then Michael is a great English speaker.

From the first consultation, to finding the right financing partner to the settlement everything top! Always available and at any time with advice and action. I felt in good hands and well understood with my wishes and accordingly these criteria were included in my financing. Even afterwards still contact person and available.
