However, from our point of view, there is still room for improvement in personnel management. Three workers from other companies were assigned to the team leader. These workers changed personnel during the move. To make matters worse, these employees were only available to the team leader for a limited period of time. Thus, the team leader was left to his own devices from about 3:30 p.m. on the first and second day of the move. As a result, not all work orders could be fully completed on the second day. The installation of the kitchen went smoothly. On the 3rd working day, the team leader was left to his own devices. Therefore, the remaining work could not be completed in full. Because of this, a clarifying discussion with the forwarding company was necessary. In the result the forwarding agency has brought the orders still to be locked by Mr. Jürgen Urban on Friday the 03.12.2021 in the time window of 12:00 o'clock - 15:30 Uhrzum conclusion. Absolutely praiseworthy is to be emphasized the personal commitment of the employed team leader Mr. Urban. His experience and professionalism in the implementation of the order are exemplary.
Recommendation for future personnel assignment: The personnel must be an integral part of the respective removal order and is not to be changed or to be withdrawn earlier, as long as the removal as such runs.
