Very committed and individual support as well as flexible in the design of the courses, tailored to customer needs. Provision of food by the course provider would be ideal, as here is increased effort on the part of the customer.

Thanks for the great review, Tom. It is usually easier if the client procures the food, as the refrigeration & freezer as well as storage situation is VERY individual. Since the effort would be practically unaffordable, that wouldn't make sense from our perspective.

Finally, someone who does something. Sascha knows the challenges of gastronomy and knows what needs to be done where. With his concepts, he helps to reduce costs, compensate for staff shortages and still offer tasty meals and snacks. When you think it can't be done anymore, a gastro professional comes from somewhere. Absolutely recommended for catering businesses that want to bring more pizzazz back into their menu.

We relied on the help of gastroProfis for the new takeover of our restaurants. The implementation, presentation and interpretation of our menu was very important to us! We wanted to go a new way with it. It turned out immediately that this was nothing new for Sascha and he sicht moves in familiar terrain! Processes, presentation were developed and worked out to fit into an efficient whole! As a longtime professional I can only recommend this service! gastroProfis is always up to date and knows which trends are really in demand and worth to be followed. We will definitely annually discuss various wishes / projects with Sascha and implement!!! Absolutely recommendable!!!
