After my radiators did not get warm for weeks, Mr. Ullrich came, but without tools. He borrowed a hammer, pliers, and screwdriver from me and complained that I didn't have the right tools for the job. With the hammer, he hit the valve pins and lower faucet blocks with great force. After that, the radiators finally got hot. Besides, he told that the blind connection in the kitchen had caused the long heating problems. A false statement, as I later learned through another company.
Three weeks later, I was standing in the water in the morning. In all four rooms where Mr. U. had "hammered" the HK, water had leaked unnoticed and run under the parquet until it came up again through the cracks. Mr. Ullrich came, this time with tools, but had no suitable seals. With my nail clippers he cut too large seals all around and installed them. He said that this was not water damage, everything would dry by itself and nothing could mold underneath. That's when I really felt mocked and made fun of.
In the end, I had to clear my apartment in the middle of the lockdown and live and work in various vacation apartments, while the parquet floors were torn out in 4 rooms and the mold had to be fought. Only the two connections not trafficked by Mr. U. were still tight. It was a material damage of over 13000 €. To this day, Mr. Ullrich denies having caused it and refuses to send a copy of the work slip from the day it was caused. I received only a copy of the 2nd day, where some lines were missing and others were visibly painted over with Tippex and a new text was written. Only my signature was still original. The whole procedure and behavior of Mr. Ullrich I feel as deeply unprofessional and unseriös. Not only did he cause a huge damage by bungling. To this day, he has neither apologized for all the grief and trouble he has caused me, nor has he settled the damages through his liability.
