The course is great. I read a lot beforehand and watched a lot of videos but was always a bit overwhelmed by the flood of information, where is the best place to start and how does everything fit together? With ReBalance you are taken by the hand. Everything is explained step by step in a way that everyone can understand. You get a great guide and support to understand everything from the ground up and then take action yourself. I take away insights that help me to regulate my hormone balance not just for a short time but in life in general. I can wholeheartedly recommend the course!

I think it's a bit of a shame that there was so little communication in the group (which was perhaps also due to the fact that there weren't very many people in it and you work through the whole thing at such different speeds. Personally, I still think it's always great when you somehow get a buddy or something. As I've dealt with the topic quite a lot, there wasn't really anything new for me personally (but it's still a really great summary for anyone who is still at the beginning of their journey. I would really like to do the training to become an integrative women's coach, but unfortunately the offer of €2000 was too much for me at the beginning because I was studying at the time. For this reason, it might not have been the right thing for me.

The course is very well structured and takes you step by step on the path to hormone balance. I found it very good that the background and the "why" of the individual changes in lifestyle, diet etc. are also explained and you understand why certain changes make sense and are important to achieve your goal.

The content is perfectly structured, the knowledge imparted is in-depth and extremely comprehensive, the instructors are fantastic and so committed and enjoy what they do that I'm always excited about the new content. I am already a self-employed coach and have completed several training courses. However, it has been really difficult to find holistic content in a training course, especially when it comes to women's health. Generation Pill combines theory and practice in a super understandable way and highlights different perspectives, which I think is absolutely brilliant! The fact that different lecturers are on board is also an incredible added value and it's just extremely fun to work through the content 😍 a huge thank you for your brilliant work ♥️

I am delighted that this training course has brought a further training opportunity onto the market that can be used to create new career prospects on a part-time basis and/or to help people help themselves. With a well thought-out structure, you are introduced - even as a newcomer to this field - to the complexity of the hormone world and learn, among other things, how to tackle health imbalances based on their causes. This training is so much fun!
The extensive knowledge is conveyed via videos and supported by scripts. At the live events, there is the opportunity to ask any open questions. There is also great support via other platforms.
We learn from real professionals and you can tell that there is a lot of passion behind it.
All my expectations were exceeded and I can really only recommend this course because you learn so much and in a very structured way.

Lots of exciting topics that even absolute beginners in this field can understand. You are introduced to all the modules step by step and all questions are answered if you are stuck. I've been following Generation Pill for a long time and am now part of the Academy's first year of training. We really learn everything about women's health here, but also valuable knowledge for coaching in general. The best thing about it is that you can take part without any previous knowledge.
