I trusted Germany Pension Refund to recover my contributions from the relevant German authorities. But beyond simply being able to recover my pension, it was the professionalism with which Johannes guided me through the process that impressed me the most.
First, the contract I signed was fully honored. Then, whenever a step needed to be taken, Johannes took the time in his emails to explain everything clearly, translate the texts, and even fill out the forms, so that I only had to sign the documents that required my signature.
And whenever there were lulls in communication, Johannes would always reach out to me to explain why, keep me informed of what he was doing, and let me know what stage the case was at.
I truly want to take this opportunity to congratulate Germany Pension Refund—and especially Johannes—for the professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication he demonstrated throughout the entire process. I highly recommend their services to anyone who wishes to reclaim their pension contributions in Germany.

I've always found German bureaucracy to be quite cumbersome. I was hesitant at first since the entire process was online, but they were extremely professional from start to finish.
I expected things to be particularly complicated in my case because I originally moved to Germany from India and now live in Canada. Navigating the requirements of three different bureaucratic systems could easily have been challenging without their support. Instead, the entire process was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free.
