Gesa's 4-week Mastermind was an intense and at the same time wonderful space for integration. When I joined the Mastermind, I felt that I needed this space for my next inner steps.

And what I ultimately got was even greater. Gesa shared her lived knowledge with us, which still impresses me deeply—so many years of experience and her own processes have flowed into it. This allowed me to look at my life and my issues from different perspectives and start where it really made sense.

I felt very supported by Gesa's empathetic but also honest way of guiding us through our issues. The group was also a huge support, because traveling alone is not nearly as exciting as traveling with a group of conscious people who support, motivate, and of course mirror each other :-)

The tools are practical and help you to put them into practice immediately. Gesa's new meditations are a real added value – so beautiful and helpful! I have also learned how easy it is to bring myself back to a state of lightness when I lose myself in the turbulence of everyday life. I was able to take so much with me, deepen my understanding, and integrate it in a different way.

Consciousness work is not done in three sessions, but is a journey. A journey back to personal responsibility and self-love. The more we engage with it, the deeper our understanding becomes that this journey is a true liberation: liberation from suffering, from heaviness, from everything we identify with and that prevents us from coming into our power.

Gesa shows us this path and truly lives it herself. I am so grateful for everything I have already been able to achieve in my life thanks to her and emotional integration. And it is far from over. I booked the Mastermind because I wanted to delve deeper into emotion integration—I was already familiar with this topic, but I kept coming to points where I couldn't make any progress on my own or found myself going around in circles. My goal was to truly break old patterns and blockages within myself in order to become freer and clearer, both personally and professionally. At the same time, I recently started working in this field myself, so deepening my knowledge was also very interesting for me professionally. I was already familiar with Gesa's expertise and knew that she had been working intensively in this field for years. That's why I didn't have to think twice. The four weeks were intense and structured. I felt well supported throughout – both through the daily feedback and the weekly Zoom calls.

Gesa maintains a very clear space, addresses issues directly, and tackles topics consistently without evasion. It was precisely this clarity that enabled real depth. My personal goals were specifically addressed. The combination of independent integration work with the help of a guided meditation she provided and accompanying support in the group was particularly valuable. Even beyond the Mastermind, I can now integrate acute issues independently at any time thanks to meditation. Above all, my inner stability has changed noticeably. Issues that used to trigger me strongly lose their intensity more quickly. I recognize patterns earlier and can integrate them in a more targeted way. I feel more methodically confident, more internally stable, and significantly better prepared for what lies ahead professionally and personally.

The Mastermind is intense and is for people who are ready to take an honest look at themselves and take responsibility for themselves and their lives. I would book another course with Gesa anytime. Her professional competence is impressive, but what really makes it special is her warm and open-minded manner. She creates an atmosphere in which you feel seen and safe. How can I begin to express my gratitude and enthusiasm for this experience?

Even the preliminary conversation touched me deeply. Gesa recognized and understood me from just a few pieces of information - as if she was looking directly into my inner self. At that moment I knew that I was in the right place with her.

Through our work together, my life has changed noticeably and more than positively. All my life I had been unable to feel or allow any emotions properly. But after just one session, I felt transformed. For the first time in my life, I felt truly human.

The second session was about my social disorder, which has always been a heavy burden on me both privately and professionally. And here, too, something happened that I had never expected. This burden that had been with me for so long suddenly disappeared. I have never felt so light and free.

The third session was dedicated to my relationship. Through many negative experiences, I had developed an image of my wife that weighed us down on a daily basis. Gesa helped me to once again perceive the love and feelings that originally brought us together. Since then, our relationship has changed noticeably for the better.

My final words to Gesa were: "Thank you. I hope you can help many more people like me."

It was one of the most valuable decisions of my life.

Level 2 of the training to become a Professional Guide in the work according to Peceful Mind takes the daily presence of the sentence seriously: I take full responsibility for everything that ever happens to me in my life.
This gets me out of the victim role, but of course also out of the perpetrator role and the rescuer role.
It is a way of being present to this. It's not easy. Once again, issues emerge that need to be transformed at level 1.
But the experience was actually also that it is increasingly enough to recognize the issue in order to tick it off
The awareness map provides tools to help me deal with the responsibility.
The effort is worth it. It is a daily exercise. It teaches self-knowledge and truthfulness. It is a kind of soul training with the help of consciousness. Recognizing emerging emotions in the moment and thus increasingly experiencing that I can play the emotions like an instrument. I decide whether the key is struck, how loudly and for how long. There is an increasing sense of freedom and inner peace.
It is a path. Thank you for the search for traces!

Due to the new content and the positive results from the first course two years ago, there have already been significant positive changes in the preparation for this refresher seminar. Gesa is a luminary in her field.

The transformation journey was a deep experience for me. The feelings that came up were pretty intense and normally you try to get rid of them pretty quickly.
