We bought in August 2020 our used car at the dealership Peitzmeier in Bad Oeynhausen!Shortly after the first defect in the transmission,friendly by the GGG shot down👎👎👎2.Active cornering lights,again paid for yourself!👎3.Heated seats,no response despite several attempts by car dealership!👎4.Electronic parking brake!Half of the cost regulated!👎How should we there ,your GGG positively evaluate let alone, recommend further???

I know it is my personal opinion.
In my case of damage, her insurance long resisted to recognize a damage, which in my opinion is present. Excuses, excuses, excuses and reasons that are not in the contract.
My star rating looks reasonably good because I always received a prompt response and after a long struggle and commitment of the seller at least a goodwill payment was made.
But customer satisfaction looks different.

In our case, a control unit for the air conditioning must be replaced, which was probably defective when the car was delivered! Who checks an air conditioner in January! Now we are stuck with half the cost! For this we do not need a completed warranty!
