During the process I always received clear, friendly and accurate support. Yvonne was my contact and she was always ready to help me, even with my individualized needs. She explained the next steps, expectations and reacted really fast. When I couldn't solve an issue, she made it! Every time when I didn't know how to continue or what should be detailed and I asked a proposal, the answer was supporting, helpful and was always made dedicatedly to my problem.
