Thank you for your review! Such honest feedback helps us a lot to constantly improve our service. It is a pity that you are not completely satisfied with your current caregiver. We get to know each individual caregiver and are aware of the language barriers. Aspects such as different dialects, quiet voices or unclear articulation can of course make it a little more difficult for our house angels. Listening comprehension often improves greatly after just a few weeks of use. Nevertheless, we take your feedback very seriously and do everything we can to provide you with the best individual support.

We are very satisfied so far. The only thing I'm very dissatisfied with is the constant change of consultant. When you have just built up trust, you are always told that someone else is now responsible for you. But since the whole thing is based on trust, this is very dissatisfying. I think you should work on that. Just like the way in which the ladies who are employed in your company are checked. Unfortunately, we had two very bad experiences. And you're stuck with the damage

We are sorry that you are not satisfied with some aspects of our service. As you quite rightly wrote, trust is the basis for successful support on our part. We are all the more sorry that this has been weakened by the incidents we are aware of. Of course, we get to know all caregivers before placing them and check their suitability for our service through intensive discussions and objective tests. Unfortunately, discrepancies can still occur in individual cases. In such cases, we ensure that competent advisors are always available for our customers. Unfortunately, internal changes have resulted in a change of consultant. It is important to us to always be a reliable and trustworthy contact for you.
