I've had a totally swollen knee with terrible pain for 4 weeks. Last Saturday I was in hospital, where they took "irritable fluid" out of my knee. On Sunday morning, the knee was as thick as it had been for weeks and couldn't bear any weight, so I could hardly walk. In the course of the treatment I felt my knee getting lighter and the swelling subsided. After Perta's treatment, I was able to "bend" my knee again, which has remained the same until now, and the pressure is not comparable to what it was before, in the positive.
I would like to thank you once again from the bottom of my heart dear Pertra ❤️😄😄🍀

It's not often that we get involved in something in life that we can't really control. We don't like to leave what we know - our comfort zone.

One thing I can tell you is that pushing yourself to your limits and beyond is so great.

Living your feelings, going for it, trusting, letting go and just doing it.

I was able to experience exactly that last weekend. The room was full of souls who were ready to do just that. So much was allowed to be felt, healed and seen in each of us. Wow

The organizers @petramariaanders and her husband Stefan held this space and guided us into a deep connection with ourselves.

This was allowed to happen at the wonderful Chiemsee, in the retreat :'' Joy of life ''.

I am so grateful. Right here I was glad that I didn't know everything that was coming, otherwise I would probably have gone into resistance. So it was just right. If the title of a retreat appeals to you - book it - get involved - great things will happen to you - I promise. You will surpass yourself and rediscover yourself.

Thank you for this experience.
Thank you for bringing me closer to myself.

I have experienced a very well organized seminar and very

The joie de vivre seminar at Chiemsee was a real enrichment for me. It was full of positive energy. The atmosphere was literally bubbling over with passion. The choice of topics was diverse.
The practical exercises, mindfulness, lightness and happiness had a wide range of content. Petra and Stephan were passionate about what they were doing, which was positively transmitted to all participants. There was plenty of room for questions and sharing of experiences. Everyone felt included and the positive energies were amplified. The location was also successful. The pleasant environment contributed to the fact that one could relax totally.
I can only highly recommend the joie de vivre seminar. It expanded my joie de vivre and provided me with concrete tools for everyday life.
It was an all-around successful experience.

The Joy of Living Seminar was an incredibly enriching experience for me. From beginning to end, I was inspired by the positive energy and commitment of Petra and Stephan. The selection of topics was diverse and profound, and there was ample opportunity to share with like-minded people .I learned how important it is to practice self-care and how small changes in my daily routine can have a big impact on my mood and overall well-being. The event was held in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere and I felt welcome from the beginning. I highly recommend the Joy of Living Seminar to anyone looking for an opportunity to improve their quality of life, get to know themselves better, and bring more joy into their lives. I am grateful to have participated in this seminar and will definitely consider other seminars of this kind.

I can unreservedly recommend the 13 days of deep transformation. They are wonderful meditations that lead us to our innermost being and from which we can draw strength and energy. Petra Maria leads very sensitively through these meditations and if you have any problems you can contact her at any time. One is always in contact and well accompanied. Petra has helped my dog and me at short notice and qualified to get fit again. She does this with a lot of calm and empathy and directs the energies back into the right channels. I would not have suspected that people and animals so quickly not only stuck traumas, but also pain can be taken. My respect for this gift and sincere thanks for the quick help. Petra Maria Anders has already helped me incredibly in two sessions!
In the first session I felt severe health pain, which she addressed with the
energy and meta-medicine. Already during the session I felt relief.
I had a severe irritable cough and had a compromised immune system.
After the session in which she addressed my inner child, I had to lie down because
I realized that we had worked hard. Over the course of the following days, my health and mood improved. In the second session I came to her with a huge chaos of thoughts. She gave me clarity and the wish I had was fulfilled the following week. In the sessions with Petra, you quickly realize that she looks at you right down to your soul. Although I did not provide her with much information, she said things to me that touched me deeply. Where you think to yourself "how could she know that?".I felt seen and understood.
She is an extremely understanding person! I say that as a highly sensitive and vulnerable person.
I can only recommend Petra Maria Anders. Also to the skeptics I say, get involved in a session and let this holistic approach work on you.

Petra, an incredibly kind, warm-hearted, super emphatic, incredibly sympathetic and fantastic woman who has a magical gift, she heals people. I was allowed to experience this myself on my own body and am still incredibly excited and just thinking about it, gets me a rieisge goose bumps. I just wouldn't have thought something like that was possible. Especially watching since we had a session over Facetime, I just see more clearly again. In the true sense of the word. Totally crazy and just beautiful. At this point I would also like to mention your fanatical husband Stefan, who is also fundamentally sympathetic and kind. I was allowed to get to know these two great souls with a heart of gold on the Maldives and I immediately felt super comfortable in your area. I can really recommend the contact to the two warmly and am a very big fan of these dear souls. Thank you, dear Petra! Thank you that you exist! Dear Petra! From the bottom of my heart I want to thank you for your prompt support for my dog. It was great that you were there for us so quickly when he had 4 epileptic seizures in a very short time. I felt so helpless and you gave me and my dog confidence again. The dear Petra has set up my atlas yesterday with her unique method and released my tension in the neck - / shoulder and head area. The pain was noticeably lighter afterwards and also the pressure in the head was completely gone. The pain in my jaw completely disappeared. She showed me my still existing fears and related blockages, solved them and told me what I can still contribute myself to boost my self-healing. I take this to heart and work on it every day. Thank you very much for your work, dear Petra, it is so nice that you exist ❤️❤️ and that you always support and help me. I am happy to have found you and to be in your training as a "Practitioner of Energy and Metamedicine according to Petra Maria Anders". So I can help myself in the future and of course other people!
