Heike Britt Aunap

I first came to Heike right after I had taken over as head of IT infrastructure at a major German automotive group. It was a very challenging time for me—a new position in a very male-dominated environment.
I still remember one of our very first topics clearly: my awful new blue office. Heike immediately turned it into a creative coaching process: What do I actually need to feel comfortable? What colors do I need? What should my space look like? In the end, we rearranged the desk and chose a beautiful vanilla-colored wallpaper. That might sound like a minor detail at first, but for me, it was an incredibly important first step. I realized how important it is for me to feel comfortable and at peace with myself in order to face all the challenges of my role.
During our intensive coaching and mentoring sessions, I found a new balance and direction for myself: How I can remain empathetic and sensitive while also communicating very clearly and making tough decisions without it taking a toll on my health in the long run.
And then, of course, there was Milan! Having Heike guide me not only through my inner processes but also through her city of Milan was something truly special. Our coaching session atop the roof of Milan Cathedral will remain in my heart forever.
I wholeheartedly recommend coaching with Heike—and especially her in-person programs and leadership weekends in Italy.

I owe a great deal to Heike’s coaching. I’m writing this review right now from the Maldives—a three-week vacation, I think the first one I’ve taken in years.

Thanks to the coaching, I’ve finally managed to actually get away and consciously take time just for myself. I hadn’t realized before just how essential it is—not only for me but also for my team—to take breaks and create some distance.

It’s precisely this perspective that allows me today to come back refreshed, with new energy and fresh ideas.

I’m very grateful to Heike for this, and I’m really looking forward to our virtual reunion in November.

Heike accompanied me through my inner process in many sessions with her appreciative and loving manner and helped me to uncover and release my patterns through many impulses, gave me access to my pain and my developmental traumas and inner blockages, which I was able to integrate into my life as a result. Thank you so much for everything, dear Heike!
