Super fast, detailed and friendly support before completion due to questions. App is very well structured. Drone with serial number was easy to enter. Proof of insurance in English absolutely top for the vacation. Daily cancelability is also very good. Now I just have to hope that there is no damage to the drone and that I will never actually need the insurance. I am therefore not yet in a position to assess the claims settlement.
Very very fast response to a claim and a very uncomplicated processing online by uploading the most important documents (purchase receipt of the bike, receipt repair costs, photos of the damage). I can absolutely recommend the e-bike and bicycle protection insurance!
So far, I have "only" drone liability with you. In this respect, it is difficult to have an opinion on everything here. Please "neutral" as "I can not really answer evaluate". Otherwise: good offer, I am satisfied.

Have sunk my new drone 🙈😭but thanks to the drone fully comprehensive insurance through Helden.de the damage was done relatively quickly!!!! So I was stuck on 150€ own contribution👍🍀💫👍
