helloCash, the simplest cash register!
helloCash has become the market leader in online cash registers since 2014. We are a fast growing company with more than 30,000 customers in Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, France, Spain and Poland.
The software is easy to use and the price is really top! What I find a pity that suggestions for improvement are not taken up or implemented and the API has not been developed for over 1.5 years. So it is not possible to change the stock level via the API.
Products can be present with the same EAN code several times, etc.
The program is very simple and you can find your way around very quickly. Since the program runs on app, you can also collect mobile. Unfortunately, the TSE is still missing what should cost additional later.
One imagines a cash register to be very cumbersome. At hello Cash everything was done within 15 minutes (including tax office 0 receipt); then immediately printed our first invoice. All very easy to do and already recommended to others!
My personal feeling for a perfect checkout:
In the checkout area the left view narrower, then more items would have space on the right side.
In the lower left bar 1-2 fields where you can make your own specifications. (e.g. delivery bill)
Then you do not have to call this function when it is needed more over the dashboard.
I had some trouble with uploading my product-files and within a couple of hours a reaction and more important a solution. People who know their products and that was a great help. Somehow I didn't manage to enter the free registration action (Austria registierkassa) but I also didn't follow up on this in the stress of opening up my coffeetruck. And the service was worth it! Thanks.
helloCash offers an incredible price-performance ratio. I used to have another POS system provider, but despite the high price, they were almost never available when I needed them. With helloCash, I can even chat with support. Super.
