Important to me was a broker who knows the environment of the apartment for sale and has a corresponding. Network has. It does not make sense to commission a broker from Frankfurt with the sale of an apartment in Hanau. The purchase of the apartment in 2000 was also handled by Hermann Immobilien, so I immediately felt that I was in good hands with Mr. Hilbl. I also liked the price analysis based on the current trend (falling prices). It was better to set a somewhat lower price and increase the chances of a sale than to set a utopian sales price that is unrealistic. Thus real estates become then the shopkeeper.
