The software itself is actually exactly what I wanted, but the customer service, if you want to call it that, is simply non-existent. If mistakes are made, they are first sought from the customer, apologies or the like are not forthcoming. HERO always does everything right, only not the customer, who is too stupid and has allegedly not submitted or communicated this and that. Well.
1000€ for nothing.

Basically a very good solution, but unfortunately many errors in the software.
The support writes we take care and that was it. No more feedback until today.
Poor rating only because the software does not work properly and is therefore worthless.
