The real estate agent Alexander Abamkumov from Hoch2Finanz did an excellent job! He was extremely well prepared and did a detailed cost analysis. He came over especially to take photos and had the exposé ready very quickly. He patiently answered all my questions and was always available. Thanks to his efforts, the house was sold quickly and I am very happy with the price achieved. I can highly recommend Hoch2Finanz when it comes to real estate sales.

I was particularly impressed by the outstanding dedication and effort of the consultant (S. Kickartz) to my request. The consultations were goal-oriented in order to achieve the best possible conditions for financing for me and it was also achieved with a lot of commitment and personal discussions.
I was able to contact the employee directly at any time with problems and questions and felt comfortable and in good hands right from the start, despite the many issues that were new to me.

Conclusion: Top consultant, honest, sincere and reliable. Best financing offer even compared to offers obtained in parallel from other providers!

We have been accompanied by Mr. Pascal Drewing. Even before we found our property, he supported us with the budget calculation and the buyer's certificate. With his help, to our surprise, we were able to get more out of it than we could have imagined. In addition, Mr. Drewing was always approachable, courteous, friendly, competent and literally on fire for our project "The dream of owning a home". It is really nice to have someone who not only sees the money, but also the people involved in such an important matter. He always listened to our wishes and tried everything to support us. If a stone was put in the way, he found a solution. He never disappointed the trust we placed in him.

We owe Mr. Drewing our current stage of life and recommend him with great satisfaction!
