Heat pump maintenance
The expertise of the employee and routine as well as friendliness were very good.
However, the price of 300 euros + fairy tale tax for 1.5 hours of work is clearly excessive, even taking into account travel times.

With the top advice from the service boss Norbert Hohl who has delivered us very quickly an honest super offer, we had with him already 12 years ago for a new building a heat pump installed in the annex with which we were very satisfied so far, and this gave us the "confidence" in the company Hörmann also with the new "still" possible oil condensing boiler Weishaupt us again to the company Hörmann and Norbert Hohl as a consultant to turn! The fitters who installed the oil condensing system were also very competent and installed the system to our complete satisfaction. Our sincere thanks to Hörmann and your great team....!

Very friendly service in the office. Good and fast repair.
My heater was defective. Call back from the office came shortly after I reported it via email. The technician was at the house a few hours after the report. The heater was repaired immediately. Everything went perfectly.
