I complained about this.
In the meantime, this has been settled by canceling the order.

Ignorance in the installation and incorrect setting of the heating. Mixed-up boiler rooms and prices that are too high. You get the impression that you have to reach for your wallet at every opportunity.

Service is friendly, but you can't buy anything from it.

Hörmann has more than delivered from the first contact to the final implementation. The process is simple, digital, clear and perfectly accompanied. The experts from Hörmann are super friendly and are always on hand to answer questions. Steve and Norbert in particular did a perfect job. But the third-party companies involved (insulation, oil tank) were also reliable, friendly and worked more than cleanly.
